The organic buckwheat from Biosvyat is a porridge rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and more, as well as powerful natural antioxidants. It is suitable for preparing a variety of dishes – side dishes, salads, soups, or as a healthy snack. Buckwheat is also a partial meat substitute due to its high iron content. Usage instructions: 1 cup of buckwheat is boiled in 3 cups of water for 20 minutes. Buckwheat can be used instead of other carbohydrates such as rice, couscous, potatoes, or pasta. It can be used as a side dish for curry or stew or instead of rice, bulgur, or couscous in a salad. Suitable as a healthy snack, added to yogurt, muesli, with walnuts, cinnamon, maple syrup, honey, and more. Also suitable for cultivating organic sprouts.
