The round brown rice from Biosvyat retains its bran intact, providing a rich fiber content and a lower glycemic index compared to traditional white rice. The grains tend to stick together, making it ideal for soups and desserts such as rice pudding. Preparation method: Soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse. Cook in a 1:2 ratio for 40 minutes or until soft. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Brown rice can easily become mushy (overcooked), so watch it carefully and do not let it cook too long. Storage instructions: Store at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius, away from children and direct sunlight.
