Organic mung beans from Biosvyat are small green beans from the legume family with exceptional nutritional value and a mild, slightly sweet taste. Also known as green soybeans (Vigna radiata), this product is rich in plant proteins, amino acids, antioxidants, B vitamins, and minerals such as iron, magnesium, and potassium. It is suitable for preparing soups, stews, salads, the traditional Indian dish khichdi, as well as for sprouting. Usage instructions: In Asian cuisine, cooked mung beans are used to make sweet pastes and various desserts such as ice creams, fillings for pastries, and pancakes. Mung beans are often used for sprouting. The beans are soaked for one day, then drained and rinsed well. They are left to sprout in a sprouting container or a glass jar covered with a damp cloth and kept in the dark. They are rinsed under running water 2-3 times a day. The sprouts are ready for consumption after 2-3 days and are extremely healthy and nutritious. You can add them to salads, soups, and sandwiches. Storage instructions: Store in a dry and cool place.
