Organic wheat bulgur from Biosvyat consists of blanched, dried, and crushed wheat grains. The product is rich in fiber, proteins, and minerals, suitable for preparing salads, soups, side dishes, or as a rice substitute. It is an especially good source of potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and more, as well as B vitamins, proteins, and fiber. Usage instructions: Soak in double the amount of boiling water for 10-15 minutes and then drain. It can be used in salads (such as tabbouleh) and pilafs together with herbs, vegetables, spices, and sometimes other grains. It is also an excellent binding ingredient for meatballs and burgers.
